At Voltz Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain clearance items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
